I recently did a pin up for Jay Kalagayan’s comic MeSseD. He said to keep it in the spirit of my Stream of Consciousness pieces.
I have not posted a lot here lately but have a few comics in development that I will reveal here soon!

Ran across this when looking for some old files. This was the cover of Allen’s Slam Bang anthology featuring my Slacker AC character. The story was sort of an Omen parody I never finished about a slacker anti-Christ.
I should upload the comic pages here when I get time.
Allen did an awesome comics anthology for years. Here is the cover gallery: http://www.fanaticpress.com/covers.html
Furiosa
I have been so swamped that I have been terrible about updating this site. I have been commissioned to do a bunch of picture books so it has put my comics on the back burner.
This was inspired by seeing the new Mad Max movie a couple years ago and then was inspired by the art book.
Car I was inspired to design by the art book
A stream of consciousness piece that got a little crazy…
Daveed Diggs as Thomas Jefferson (and Lafayette)
Lin-Manuel Miranda as Hamilton
I have been super swamped lately and have not done a lot of comics for this site. In the meantime, here is some Hamilton fan art. The show is crazy addictive.
I hope to see it when we are in NYC sometime, but I am not holding my breath.
The top piece was lightly inspired by the ink drawing in the original 70s edition of Jesus Christ Superstar but went a bit out there.
The show has a JCS/Evita vibe to it. As a recovering Andrew Lloyd Webber addict, it is irresistible.
I recently did these portraits of Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood for a Christmas gift so shhhhh.
They are such diverse characters, almost Breakfast Club-like in their differences…
I enjoyed painting both but I had a soft spot to Luna and Ravenclaw…
I love that the new show I am having with Anthony “Tank” Mansfield and Jaimie Filer at Pop Revolution Gallery is called The-Show-That-Shall-Not-Be-Named.
This painting I did of Bellatrix Lestrange seems to fit in the show theme…
See you September 17th!
Sketch of Amanda Palmer done with a bit of leftover paint. I just listened to her book The Art of Asking. Really excellent!
A couple of the songs on the audiobook are stuck in my head. I guess I will have get some of her albums on iTunes.
It is a nice companion piece to the Neil Gaiman portrait I did a while ago.
Lots of irons in the fire right now including the first Catbat mini. Stay tuned!
